It helps create internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints and muscles which leads to greater flexibility, strength, stamina and a more balanced posture, so that you can feel revived.
FORM & FLOW
Beginner
This gentle reformer class is designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates or just want to practice your technique, this is the perfect class for you.
STRENGTH & CORE
Intermediate
Full body strengthening and toning, with a focus on flexibility and fitness. For those more familiar with the reformer, this class will have quicker transitions, as you flow from one exercise to the next while changing pace and range of motion.
DYNAMIC SCULPT
Advanced Level
Expect to sweat and sculpt your way through this total body workout. All the benefits of the reformer, intermixed with higher intensity strength training. Using a variety of equipment, you’ll be challenging your body as well as your mind with this high energy, dynamic class.
REFORMER STRETCH
All Levels
This less intense reformer class is ideally suited for isolating and lengthening muscles, and enabling a deeper, more effective stretch than you could achieve unassisted. Your instructor will guide you through a range of stretches to improve mobility & flexibility.
RESTORATIVE
STRETCH
All Levels
Relax and unwind with deep restorative stretches, with an emphasis on breathing, detailed cueing and mind body connection. This class is perfect if you want to improve your mobility and range of motion, reduce muscle tension, recover from strenuous workouts and calm your mind.
TOWER FUNDAMENTALS
All levels
A great addition to your reformer routine, the tower uses adjustable spring resistance, combining classical pilates exercises to strengthen, stretch and tone the whole body. The tower class is challenging and works on core strength and stability with a focus on alignment, mobility and flexibility.
BARRE
Beaconsfield
This fusion workout combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the fluidity and elegance of ballet-inspired barre exercises. Through pulses and holds, Barre is a great way of building strength and flexibility, developing control and enhancing your mind to muscle connection. Suitable for all levels, this class will challenge your body in new ways and leave you feeling energised, toned, and balanced.
