ALICE

Alice is a dedicated and certified Pilates and Barre instructor, accredited by STOTT Pilates, Ten Pilates, and BarreConcept. With extensive experience guiding clients across all ability levels, Alice's teaching philosophy centres on precision, alignment, and technique to build a solid foundation for sustainable progress.


Her classes offer a dynamic balance of challenge and enjoyment, infused with an uplifting energy that inspires clients to surpass their own expectations. Alice is passionate about guiding individuals to move in ways that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Her mission is to empower clients to connect deeply with their bodies, build resilience, and walk away from each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and energised.

AMANDA P

Amanda has over 20 years experience as a teacher and has gained “Master Teacher” certification with the Body Control Pilates(TM) Association, she is qualified to advanced level on the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac.

​

Amanda works with a diverse range of clients, both within a class environment and privately. She is committed to providing clients with a safe, effective and enjoyable Pilates experience no matter what background and level, and truly believes in the role Pilates plays in improving both physical and mental health.

AMANDA B

Amanda is a Level 3 Mat and Dynamic Reformer trained Pilates instructor.

​

Five years ago, Amanda stumbled upon Reformer Pilates and instantly knew she had found her happy place. Now, she's on a mission to share her love for the practice with all of her clients!

​

Amanda loves to create dynamic flows that blend traditional and modern Pilates techniques. She aims to deliver challenging yet fun sessions that will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated.

CLAIRE

Claire is a highly skilled Osteopath, POLESTAR certified Pilates Instructor and TPI certified Golf Injury Specialist with over 12 years of experience.

​

Claire believes that movement is at the core of health and happiness. She is passionate about accompanying people to improved health through safe yet challenging movements. Her classes are based on a profound understanding and respect of the biomechanics, alignment and anatomical foundations of safe movement, so you can expect to be guided in a very specific, attentive and meticulous way.

DAN

Dan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with 12 years experience. In class with Dan, you can expect to build strength, tone muscles and perform every exercise to the highest standard.

​

The classes are suitable for all levels, but Dan has made it his mission to ensure that no one walks away from a Pilates class and says ‘it’s boring’.

ELISCIA

Eliscia, a STOTT trained Reformer Pilates instructor discovered her passion for Pilates two years ago. She has since dedicated her training to enhancing health and wellbeing through reformer, inviting people of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of movement and build confidence with perfect form in her classes.


In her classes you’ll be sure to train every muscle in the body, focused on classical Pilates techniques, infused with some modern twists.

EWA

Ewa is trained in the STOTT Pilates method on the mat, reformer, stability chair and Cadillac. With 4 years of experience, she is passionate about movement and mind-body connection. Her classes focus on strength, flexibility and endurance.

GEMMA

Teaching for over 16 years and comprehensively qualified by Polestar Pilates, Gemma is passionate to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise. A former professional dancer, she first used Pilates to supplement her training before relying on the technique following a serious back injury.

Lengthen and strengthen is her aim, in both body and mind. With classes suitable for all, eagle eyed Gemma emphasises correct alignment and form with lots of hands on help to ensure proper body positioning and maximum benefit. Expect focus, flow and fun!

JESS

Jess has a lifetime passion for dance, fitness and music. Since the age of five she has completed all RAD Ballet Grades, ISTD Modern and ISTA Tap.
She has a BA Dance Studies Degree where she took a huge interest in anatomy and also mind body movement and has danced professionally.


She’s been teaching barre for six years in Austin Texas and Dubai. You’ll find a more athletic approach to her barre vs. dance. Always with a killer playlist!

KATHARINE

Katharine is a Level 4 certified Reformer, Mat and Pre/Post natal Pilates Instructor, with a passion for empowering her clients to move their body in a fearless, yet mindful way - whatever age, stage, or goal.

 

Katharine fell in love with Reformer Pilates ten years ago following a wrist injury, and believes first-hand in its transformative power to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing.

 

Her classes are a supportive, yet motivating environment to enjoy yourself, move, and promise to leave you feeling energised and happy!

MANUELA

Manuela is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor. Through movement, Manuela aims to inspire and uplift others on their wellness journeys.
With a focus on key Pilates principles, she creates mindful yet challenging classes, to leave clients feeling empowered and connected.
As a part of our studio management team, Manuela oversees scheduling as well as being responsible for memberships. A passionate member of our team, she is here for you, every step of your Yatta journey!

MIA

Mia is a Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor with an APPI Pre and Postnatal certification. Her passion for Pilates began five years ago, and for the past two years, she has been sharing that passion at Yatta Studio. Mia is dedicated to creating fun and dynamic full-body flows, helping clients of all ages and abilities feel strong, confident, and empowered. She believes Pilates is more than just a workout; it’s a powerful way to connect the mind and body, building both physical strength and mental clarity. Mia’s mission is to share this transformative energy, inspiring others to embrace their own strength and potential.

MIKEY

Mikey takes on his fitness instructor role with immense passion and a concrete belief that every individual should be able to enjoy exercise and the hard work that comes with the process of self improvement. His lifelong enjoyment of dance and undying faith in personal expression infuse his unique exercise style with artistic creativity and light-hearted humour.
With a solid background as a certified personal fitness trainer, armed with a degree in dance and fitness, and brandishing over a decade's experience in the industry, Mikey is poised to draw out the best in you. Regardless of whether you're a seasoned athlete or exploring fitness for the first time, Mikey's affable persona will instantly make you feel relaxed and confident.
Guided by his mantra, 'mind over matter,' Mikey is dedicated to pushing you towards achieving your fitness goals and encouraging you to keep striving. His approach is a blend of motivation and determination, combined with an element of fun - the quintessential Mikey way.

MICHELLE

Michelle is a comprehensive and equipment trained Pilates instructor,  including pre and postnatal, with six years of experience in London and Buckinghamshire and qualified by the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute.

Passionate about wellness, Michelle's classes incorporate the six principles of Pilates mixing classic and contemporary exercises to build strength within your practice, from any starting point so that you can become stronger, more connected and confident in your movement.

NAOMI

A passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor with a knack for transforming lives through mindful movement. Naomi blends her deep understanding of anatomy with a holistic approach to wellness, ensuring each session is both invigorating and therapeutic.

 

Her personalized teaching style, coupled with a warm and encouraging demeanor, makes her classes accessible and enjoyable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer to Pilates, Naomi is committed to guiding you on your journey to improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

NIKKI

Nikki began her yoga journey in 2009. Training with Yoga Haven in Morrocco. Since then she has taught a variety of styles including restorative, breath work, vinyasa flow and hatha yoga. Her passion for yoga has been transformative. Nikkis goal is for her classes to leave students feeling realigned, connected to their true selves, and feeling deeply relaxed. OLIVIA

Olivia is a Level 3 qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor with specialised training in pre and postnatal Pilates. Olivia discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates after the birth of her first child, igniting a deep passion for this holistic practice. Her goal is to share the benefits with others, guiding them in their practice.
With a teaching style that is attentive, friendly and inclusive, Olivia creates an inviting atmosphere in her classes. Her sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all levels, offering a perfect blend of challenge and dynamism.

SARAH

Sarah is APPI certified in Mat Pilates with a certificate in Osteoperosis and has also trained in Costa Rica with Balanced body on the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel.
Sarah fell in love with the slow controlled movement during lockdown when she saw the benefits it had on her body and mind. Sarah then decided to start her training journey so she can share this experience with others.
Sarah believes that Pilates is for everyone and likes to make her classes inclusive and suitable for all leaving you feeling challenged, energised and confident in your own body.
